What is DryBlend and why is it good for people with eczema and TSW?

Gildan’s DryBlend is a special fabric blend — usually 50% cotton and 50% polyester — designed to keep you cooler and drier by wicking away moisture from the skin. It’s soft, breathable, and more durable than 100% cotton alone.
