It takes one to know one.

Lil Miss Eczema started as a creative outlet for an artist experiencing Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW). What began as drawings to process my own healing has grown into something bigger — a space for art, advocacy, and community dedicated to making TSW and sensitive skin more visible, more understood, and more compassionately represented.

Hi I’m Liv

  • Collage of close-up photos showing eczema and topical steroid withdrawal on faces, hands, arms, and torso, including dryness, flakiness, redness, peeling, alopecia, hyperpigmentation.

    Learn about TSW

Learn the truth about Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)—a painful and often misunderstood condition that can occur. This page breaks down what TSW is, frequently asked questions, the history of steroids, and the devastating real life implications endured by too many.

  • A doctor wearing a white coat and stethoscope handing a prescription or note to a patient with eczema or topical steroid withdrawal syndrome.

    Find My Steroid Potency

Quickly search by brand or generic name—even international variants—to find out what class your topical steroid belongs to. Understand whether it’s mild, mid-strength, potent, or super potent, so you can properly advocate for yourself at your next doctor’s appointment.

  • Illustration of a woman with inflamed, eczema and tsw prone skin touching her neck and chin, wearing a gray sports bra, with a pink checkered background.

    Download Skin Positive Art

Representation matters—especially when it comes to our skin. These downloadable illustrations uplift, validate, and reflect people living through TSW, eczema, and other visible skin conditions. If they help you share your story, build awareness, or feel seen, then they’ve done their job.

  • A woman shopping for apples in a grocery store, wearing a black T-shirt that advocates for and explains what topical steroid withdrawal is with white and pink text on the back. She is reaching for apples in a wooden display.

    Shop Awareness Apparel

Update your closet and wear your truth. Every piece in the Awareness Apparel line is designed to start conversations, spread awareness, and make invisible conditions visible. Proceeds help fund advocacy, education, and direct support for those experiencing TSW.

  • A group of women hugging and supporting one another through topical steroid withdrawal.

    Donate to The Healing Fund

Contribute to our fund to provide a no-strings attached financial gift given to someone currently experiencing TSW. We know how hard it can be. Whether it’s groceries, medical supplies, or mental health resources, the Healing Fund helps lighten the load during one of life’s hardest seasons.

  • A person wearing holding a magazine titled 'International TSW Magazine' with a cover illustration featuring diverse people protesting and talking about the dangers of steroids during the annual March in March TSW protest.
